What this means in practice
Senior-friendly packages from HighPass limit hotel changes, avoid properties without a working lift, and cap daily walking at roughly two kilometres. Wheelchair assistance is pre-booked at every airport, and each itinerary lists the longest continuous walk and staircase you will actually face.
Most itineraries are written for a fit forty-year-old and then sold to everyone. The failure points for older travellers are predictable: a heritage hotel with no lift, a monument that turns out to be 180 steps, four hotel changes in six nights, and a 5am departure.
So we invert the constraints. No more than three bases in a ten-night trip. Lifts verified, not assumed. Departures after 9am. Walking capped near two kilometres a day, with the longest single walk stated in the day plan so nobody is surprised at the gate.
Airport wheelchair assistance is booked in advance on every sector, and we flag any monument where the only access is by stairs so you can decide before you are standing at the bottom of them.
