What this means in practice
HighPass luxury packages hold five-star properties end to end, with no mid-tour downgrade to a four-star to protect the headline price. Private guiding replaces group sightseeing, business-class air is quoted alongside economy, and one planner stays reachable for the whole trip.
The most common trick in luxury package pricing is the mixed-category itinerary: two nights at a landmark hotel, three nights somewhere considerably cheaper, one average price. We do not do it. Every night in a luxury itinerary is named, categorised and rated before you pay.
Private guiding is standard rather than an upsell, and where a destination has a genuinely exceptional experience — a private after-hours museum hour, a chef's table, a heli-transfer that saves four hours of road — we will propose it with the real cost attached.
You get one planner, by name, with a direct number, for the whole trip. Not a rotating support desk.
