What this means in practice
A HighPass family package is an itinerary tested against the slowest walker in the group. Days start after 9am, drives are capped at three hours, every hotel has a pool or garden, and we hold connecting or family rooms rather than splitting a family across floors.
Family travel fails on logistics, not on destinations. A five-year-old and a seventy-year-old can enjoy the same holiday, but only if the day is built for both — and most package itineraries are built for neither.
Our family departures cap driving at three hours a day, place lunch somewhere with a toilet and a high chair, and leave the late afternoon open. We book connecting rooms or a family room as a condition of the booking, not a request. Where a museum or a monument will not hold a child's attention for the ninety minutes the tour allots, we swap it.
We also price honestly for children. Child rates on a shared bed, an extra bed and a separate room are three different numbers, and we show all three before you pay.
