Start from how you want to travel

These are not marketing labels. Each one changes what we actually book — the pace of the day, the class of vehicle, whether there is a lift in the hotel, how far you walk before lunch. Pick the one that describes your group and the itineraries adjust accordingly.

Trekking in Nepal

Teahouse trails from a five-day ridge walk to a fortnight at Base Camp

A HighPass trek is a guided teahouse walk in the Nepal Himalaya, run with a government-licensed guide, a porter for every two trekkers and an acclimatisation profile that never gains more than about 500 metres of sleeping altitude a day above 3,000 metres.

Honeymoon Packages

Private transfers, late checkouts and a room you won't want to leave

A HighPass honeymoon package is a two-person itinerary built around privacy rather than sightseeing volume. Every departure includes a private vehicle, a room upgrade where the hotel allows it, one candlelit dinner and a deliberately light daily plan so mornings stay unhurried.

Family Holiday Packages

Paced for children and grandparents in the same group

A HighPass family package is an itinerary tested against the slowest walker in the group. Days start after 9am, drives are capped at three hours, every hotel has a pool or garden, and we hold connecting or family rooms rather than splitting a family across floors.

Beach & Island Packages

Sand, reef and the shortest possible transfer from the airport

Beach and island packages from HighPass prioritise water time over transit. We pick resorts by how long it takes to reach them from the airport and how good the house reef or swimming beach actually is, because a two-hour speedboat leg costs you a full holiday day in each direction.

Mountain & Snow Packages

High passes, first snow and the altitude plan to enjoy them

Mountain packages from HighPass build in acclimatisation. Any itinerary crossing 3,000 metres includes at least one rest night before the high day, oxygen in every vehicle above Leh, and a route that gains altitude gradually rather than driving straight to the highest point on day two.

Pilgrimage & Darshan Packages

Darshan timings, priority access and rest built into the day

A HighPass pilgrimage package is planned around temple timings rather than hotel check-in. We schedule darshan in the window when queues are shortest, arrange special-entry passes where the trust permits it, and keep each day short enough that older travellers can complete it comfortably.

Wildlife & Safari Packages

Sunrise game drives, the right zone, and a naturalist worth listening to

Wildlife packages from HighPass are booked around the game drive, not the lodge. Park permits are secured the day bookings open, drives leave at gate-opening rather than after breakfast, and every safari day pairs you with a naturalist rather than only a driver.

Adventure Packages

Trek, dive, raft and ride — with operators we have actually vetted

Adventure packages from HighPass use vetted local operators only. For every rafting, diving, trekking or riding component we check certification, equipment age and insurance validity before we sell it, and we state the fitness level each activity genuinely requires.

Luxury Holiday Packages

Five-star throughout, business-class options and a planner on call

HighPass luxury packages hold five-star properties end to end, with no mid-tour downgrade to a four-star to protect the headline price. Private guiding replaces group sightseeing, business-class air is quoted alongside economy, and one planner stays reachable for the whole trip.

Group Saver Departures

Fixed dates, shared coach, the lowest per-person price we can hold

Group saver departures are fixed-date tours on a shared coach with a HighPass tour manager. Because seats, rooms and entry tickets are contracted in bulk months ahead, the per-person price runs roughly 20 to 35 per cent below the same itinerary run privately.

Senior-Friendly Packages

Fewer hotel changes, lifts that work, and no stairs you didn't agree to

Senior-friendly packages from HighPass limit hotel changes, avoid properties without a working lift, and cap daily walking at roughly two kilometres. Wheelchair assistance is pre-booked at every airport, and each itinerary lists the longest continuous walk and staircase you will actually face.
