Not gatekeeping — it genuinely saves a round trip.
Your passport nationality
Almost every visa, permit and fee answer changes with it. Bhutan's development fee, UAE entry rules and Schengen appointment routes all differ, and a generic answer is worse than none.
Whether your dates are fixed
If they are, we plan around them. If they are not, we can often move you a fortnight and save meaningful money or put you into far better weather.
